Pros
Learn new skills quickly Great opportunity to upskill, but be prepared to put the mental hours into it Agency that gets results
Cons
Long days, meant to be flexible but it isn’t, be prepared to be contacted 24/7 Training is not idealistic Scheduled work through lunches Being work from home, there isn’t enough emphasis on breaks and mental health. This job requires a lot of hard work and someone who is happy to work autonomously without speaking to many if any one each day. Big emphasis on getting the right results and being held accountable with a lack of training or assistance. It’s easy to be tied to your desk in this role but not feel appreciated for the hard work and hours put in. High turnover of staff for this reason
