I have worked with UA for almost 18 months. Although my personal journey has been up and down that is more recruitment specific rather than the business. I can't fault the Leaders and collegaues in the business, I was given an opportunity when most wouldnt have given it to me. From there i have been able to learn my craft and taught how to execute recruitment to a high level in a competitive market. I am trusted to do my job and not ruled by stats,KPI's and Archaeic business processes.
