      - Department CSD culture is good - Timely salary is given - Job security is good, low layoff

      Cons

      - Worst facility, Eid compensation - Finance department is worst, financial growth is less than other semiconductor industries. Neural starts from around 45k salary after 3 months, in Ulka this salary can be earned after 1 - 2 years. - Other facilities that Ulka provides feels like relief given. - BUET is given extra benefits, other public and private universities starts from 30k where BUET starts from 50k. BUET gets around 60-70% more salary for only University.

      * Get experience working on exciting cutting-edge technology (below 20nm) * Great team members and co-workers. Everybody is very supportive

      * Salaries and bonuses are not very competitive. * No 401K matching * Work-life balance is nonexistent * No stock options * Management demands that you work full-time with multiple clients and work on the holidays.
