Leadership does a required 2 hours of production then is really hands off the rest of the time. Trainers often found on the phone and male trainers often seen spending an excessive amount of time socializing with specific female associates. You will be held accountable for all errors, whether it’s your fault or not (picked correctly and customer didn’t get it). Promotions, like most places, aren’t based on actual ability but rather chosen on a personal level by the leadership team leaving very little room for fair advancement and allowing extreme cases of nepotism.
Must smile and nod and not have any personal opinion about anything or you will be talked to about it. If you can do that and don’t mind working overtime because leaderships wants to stay hands-off, it’s not a bad place.
