Only good thing over here is you can do work according to your timings. I.e if work is to be completed by tomorrow EOD then you can do it anytime you want and not just in working hours and submit it on time.
Cons
Low Resources Very Less Salary Very Less Hike Salary is not even given according to Industrial Standards. Eg: average salary of Fresher for Analyst position is 5 so here they'll give you 2.5 or max 3 but not the average salary which all companies give.
