Pros
No workon weekends and night shifts Can get a vast variety of knowledge on new tools Good mentorship and support is provided for new employees and joinees I would definitely say you get a recognition for the work you have done It's people centric company, what I really like about ugam is they didn't not fire anyone during pandemic and attrition rate is low This is one such a company to work in the starting of your career where you can learn work
Cons
They do micro management like any other service based company So compensation is lower compared to other companies but it is ok because we shouldn't only look at compensation
