Dear friends they are HIRE and FIRE Culture I was selected and fired in a 2 month i promise you my work is good but they told other reasons 1.Worst micromanagement 2.Working hours ( 9 .am to 12 pm everyday including saturday) but they will tell you 9 to 6 when they asked to join 3.High pressure 4.Total health will damage because they will not give you the time they use the WFH as advantage for ask employee to work 13 - 15 hours work indirectly work pressure 5.Dont love this company if your working here work your job they will kickout without any compassion with a simple call and give you the surprise with termination letter tack this command as serious not as a normal command then you will feel with tears

It was a good place to work before mid-2023
