      Pros

      I am working in Ubisoft for 3 years now, great learning atmosphere in the company. No dress code. No formalities as Such. being a multi studio company you get to learn a lot my interacting and working with people of other countries.

      Cons

      Compensation is below par and should improve.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
