Pros

#1) The CEO and the people and culture team have the biggest hearts for the employees and nothing but the very best intensions for the Ubique team. They really make it feel like a family atmosphere. They foster big thinking and positive employee engagement in a remote environment. #2) An assortment of benefit options available #3) Room for advancement for those hardworking individuals with positive attitude and good work ethic #4) Monthly town hall meetings keep all staff in the loop on what is going on with the company and what's ahead. #5) Ubique's Executive team is always working on being better and implementing the latest in systems and programs to keep the company up to date with the technology and flow necessary to compete in the industry. ** I have seen several reviews regarding mentioning broken systems and old technology... Nothing in the tech world is perfect, but I can say that in recent years Ubique has onboarded a dedicated team who works very hard to troubleshoot and repair any issues immediately. Over all I loved my time with the company. The company as a whole is great place to work.

Cons

#1) Wages for some roles could be more competitive. #2) PTO - While it's great that PTO and many paid holidays are provided, it would be an incentive for a long term employee who have been w/ the company 5 - 10+ years to earn additional PTO. #3) Would be great if they would incorporate incentives. Often the turn over is due to lack of incentives to stay w/ the company. #4) Unfortunately, there is (or was) a significant disconnect between department managers as well as directors and their employees. This does not stand for all, as I can only speak on the individuals that I worked under, While some of these people in positions of power do have kind hearts and good intensions for their team, they could truly benefit from some extensive leadership training. In particular on how to be a good listener, not to be dismissive and not check in or solicit follow ups with team members in months following after an employee has reached out reporting inappropriate behavior and bullying in the workplace. There is a need for training for upper management (those who manage the people, not executives) on how support their teams and how to identify signs of work place abuse rather than getting lost in the weeds of the day today. These are good people. They just need some additional training.

Pros

Sometimes in a remote role you can feel like you are in a silo. That is not the case here. The sales teams can be thousands of miles apart but we are constantly communicating and never feel like we are a team of one.

Cons

I don't have any significant con.
