Cons
Most roles are expected to be covered by one or two employees without the appropriate remuneration or support. Lack of HR and Payroll personnel leads to MANY issues with legality and pay discrepancies. No career progression whatsoever. The company seems to have never heard of promoting internally or hiring the most suitable candidates, instead only ever offering roles to the cheapest external applicants and then wondering why their existing underpaid staff are all quitting. The only existing management refuses all attempts to make this a legitimate business and instead forces their stress down onto all other staff members before berating anybody that may have a well formed unique thought.
