The team is supportive of one another, work together to reach goals, they celebrate when a job is well done and reflect when a job could be done better. A workplace that is very aligned and driven by company values. Leaving the comfort of a job I was at for years was daunting but looking back it has been one of the best decisions I have made - being around intelligent people who are driven, passionate, kind and motivated is a really refreshing change!
