work is flexible and easy to do.

Pay is ok but there is no overtime for my line of work.

Universities allow you to be lazy. Most other employees are and no one really cares because upper management doesn't see extra money based on results.

If you're not lazy, you will get tired of working where few people have any drive. It can get tiring to watch Directors do their best to just disappear. Of course they aren't held accountable because the ones over them don't care what they are doing either.
