Pros
1. Reasonable pay 2. Consistency is increment and bonus - though there were reduce in figure during critical time 3. Multicultural - there is tiny bit of differences in culture an opinion at times (which is normal everywhere) but everyone still work together.
Cons
1. Chinese speaking staff at an official meeting - "Speaking Chinese during an official meeting, when there are team members who do not understand the language, can be seen as unprofessional. It creates a barrier to effective communication and excludes those who are unable to follow the conversation, which can hinder collaboration and inclusivity in the group" 2. Poor branding - messy. No standardise docs template across all departments.
