Good time off amount and work from home.
Cons
Underpaid and raises are crap. Over the past yr more and more has been added on to the job with no more pay. You can make more at a grocery store. This from a company who's CEO makes millions. They don't care about employees or customers anymore. Call time used to be however long it takes to solve the customers issues. Now it's get off the call.
