Pros
The pay and benefits were pretty much on par with other employers. There are some good people there, and the offices are pretty nice.
Cons
--They treat the Dynamic Organization (the DO) like a religion. You are rewarded more for talking about the DO than you are for generating ideas for new business. You're suposed to include the "company language" in everything you do. They even want to know how you are incorporating the DO into your personal life--very creepy. --You never get ANY negative feedback, only when they dump you do they bring up all sorts of little things that you did wrong which are debatable and never told to you at the time. --They randomly "eliminate" positions and will call you on the phone to tell you that your services are no longer needed. --They claim diversity as a "value," but in the corporate office, there are VERY few nonwhites. This is pretty striking for a company based in a large city (Chicago). --People are let go for no apparent reason. You will be in a meeting with someone one day and the next, you will see an "organizational announcement" that the person is gone. --They control your LinkedIn. You are not allowed to endorse the work of someone on LinkedIn or if they have left the company (even if on good terms). You are also not allowed to be a reference for someone who is no longer with the company (even if they just left on good terms or were let go because the position was eliminated). Overall, it was a HORRIBLE place to work and one of the worst experiences of my life. Stay as far away as possible.
