Pros

One or two great leaders who have been dismissed and replaced with foreign individuals after 6 months and the use of their years of personal contacts and relationships. Obvious undermining mental thoughts, especially behind closed doors. Want to take advantage of the US industry and send it home. Direct quote from senior leaders.

Cons

Destructive to senior leadership and their careers. Use people for all the wrong reasons and could care less about new employees until they steal all of your contacts and business relationships. Only interested in getting new contracts via unscrupulous means. Scary and damaging all the way around.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
