      Independent Contractor Weekly Pay Pay is normally on time and correct

      Cons

      Pay has been decreasing as contracts disappear. Not enough work anymore Use your own vehicle Not paid for gas mileage No bonuses, incentives, etc.. No notice when pay or contracts end No opportunities for advancement
