Pros
Freedom to work your own schedule. The TECH management is very willing help. Customer service girls are easy to work with. If you’re lucky, you will get a good inside rep.
Cons
Little to no training, and when they do “train you” it’s not useful information. Management plays favorites and it’s very clear. Commission pay out sucks. (If you’ve done sales, this isn’t it.) ZERO recognition for exceeding quota. Sales management is very unhelpful. No real reports for sales, you just gotta hope for the best and that they are being honest. I personally had to correct management on my commission pay out, if I didn’t, I would’ve have just not gotten paid. On the sales side, management truly could care less about you and it SHOWS. There is also no room for growth. Health insurance benefits only make sense if you live in California. You don’t get credit for all of your work.
