I would like to share my experience, highlighting both the positives and areas for improvement. Positives: Work Environment: The work culture is generally supportive and collaborative. My colleagues are professional and helpful, making it a pleasant environment to work in. Opportunities: The company provides ample opportunities for skill development and career advancement. There are numerous projects that allow for learning and growth. Management: The leadership team is approachable and open to new ideas. They encourage innovation and creative problem-solving. Recognition: Employees are regularly recognized for their hard work and achievements. This acknowledgment boosts morale and motivates the team to perform at their best.

Areas for Improvement: HR Policies: While the HR department does a good job in some areas, there are significant concerns regarding their approach to employee compensation and recognition. Salary Hikes: One of the major drawbacks is the lack of consistent salary hikes. Despite the recognition for our efforts, many employees, including myself, have not received a salary increase for two consecutive years. This has been demotivating for the team, especially when we are aware that the HR head receives annual hikes.
