Pros
Good people to hang out with if you are in a position that allows for it. 18 vacation days.
Cons
So much favoritism. There is a rule that you have to be in your position a year to get promoted, but others are only there 8 months and get supervisor jobs. 50/50 chance your boss is very mean and aggressive and will talk down to you. Some are ok, but some are just horrible. Most wont stand up for you if corporate/regional employees come after you about your work. Work is poorly distributed, some people work lots of overtime and can never get caught up, others are only busy a few days of the month. Say they dont give raises but secretly give raises to the favorites. Benefits are super expensive, which is ridiculous since their work is to provide cheap insurance to clients. Internal award program is geared towards the favorites that hang out with their boss outside of work, HR is good but has no power if you voice concerns regarding management or other issues.
