Great people, good team collaboration, many resources available, pay is not bad.
Cons
Ever changing processes that changes the measured Metrix mid year. Many processes add more work to an already overwhelming amount of work for each of the clients. Upper Management cares more about placing business with a preferred carrier paying bigger bonus amounts then they do about doing what is best for the client. They change these preferred carriers regularly which places the AM teams in danger or not meeting the metrix or making the client angry. They talk the good talk about advancement but truth is, you can't advance unless someone in that position quits or retires. Some senior managers only care about what's in it for them. Current less flexibility for wfh. Threats made to jobs for non compliance of office time.
