      * culture is toxic * sells bad insurance products to consumers which results in many unhappy clients who think you as the agent is a scammer * unfair promotion process * they expect agents to work 24/7 with no work/life balance

      Pros

      uncapped Commission and you are and Independent Contractor. You probably wont start making money till year 3

      Cons

      You don't have a base it's all commission and you have monthly expenses to pay for your CRM. You also have to pay for your leads.
