Pros
I really enjoy that I'm not only able to voice my ideas, but that management really takes my opinions to heart. There's been many times that I've been able to share cool ideas I had for a marketing campaign or social media post, and not only did management hear my ideas out, but they allowed me to execute them as well. I'm very happy to work for a company where I feel I really have an impact on the company and am able to directly get credit for my accomplishments. I've also learned quite a bit from working here, and really gained valuable experience and skills that I'm happy to say I can take anywhere with me now. Not that I would, the staff here is one big family and everyone gets along and works hard to get the job done. It's great to head to work and not have to worry about petty office dramas I've experienced with previous employers.
Cons
Right now our location is a little far out from the major highways and cities of Fort Lauderdale and Miami. I know our CEO is working on getting us to downtown Fort Lauderdale at some point but in the meantime the commute is a bit much for me.
