Pros
This place has no redeeming qualities what-so-ever
Cons
The cons far exceed any possible Pros. This company pays you well below average and expects the same level of care as someone in your position who makes double as Sprint, UsBank, Caremark,UMB, and even Met-Life. Since they are no longer employee owned and bought out by "The Results Company", ESOP is no longer an offering at the company. Which helped off-set the low pay somewhat, "The Results Company" has made no move to increase pay and has since butchered medical benefits, removed holiday bonus, and placed in a highly unfair point system for the advocates( involving a point per hour shift missed if late or leaving early), don't get ask about vacation time, it is impossible to get. What is left of upper management is now gone at Usa800 with veteran agents slowly finding work and appreciation at better companies with fair pay scales and benefits. Lack of leadership assuming any responsibilities or blame Lack of leadership attempting to engage Lack of leadership training on all levels, basically a supervisor "wings it", an account manager " wings it" a trainer " wings it", a quality analyst "wings it, and the agent who gets some training ends up "winging it", this place lacks any sort of guidance or person in charge.
