      Pros

      Good, fast-paced working environment. Room for growth if you're full-time. Good experience in sports.

      Cons

      SOOO much favoritism. Lots of current or former WPU baseball players get treated differently than the rest of the staff. Pay is trash. USA is a non-profit but there's so much revenue generation.

      Can get really busy during the summer but very manageable
