Pros

This is a great company. If you wantbto succeed and strive in then success lane work here. If you don't have the performance to close sales and want to have a bigger pay then this is not for you. I have seen people come in and leave bc they can't manage or lie on their resume to get in thebdoor. After they are caught they want to make a negative impact on the reviews for the company. It's sad but the gain is this company looks at the bright side and shows for themselves

Cons

If you are not motivated, determined and cannot do sales this is not a job for you. We want to have success for you.

Pros

Nice office location, building and individual office space. I have been in IT for over 20 years and have worked for startups all the way up to Fortune 500 companies. USMS has been around for 20 years but still operates like a startup. They are open to new ideas and allow me to be creative. I got my certifications in Digital Marketing while working here and they have allowed me to implement that knowledge from start to finish. It's awesome that I get to learn and practice new skills in real-time and get paid while doing it. It has been a win/win for me here, especially when it comes from my professional growth. I am increasing my marketability and skills to have on my resume and helping the company grow at the same time. The leaders here have been great to work with. I have been given great opportunities here so far, and I believe that the leadership sees that there’s even more I can do for the business. It's nice to be a valued member of the team!

Cons

There's not a signed contract that lays out expectations of both parties which doesn't protect me as a contractor. This makes me feel uneasy at times because there aren't documented expectations.
