Pros
Most of the employees are very open to helping one another, manager at my location was very forthcoming (though sometimes in a hurry) with information and instruction.
Cons
They do not have a training program in place. They do have initial instruction for email and on-boarding but, that's about it. No job specific training available and you have to rely on other people to answer almost all your questions . . . . this can lead to feeling as though you are constantly bothering people (even though most fellow employees were always very helpful)
