PTO accumulates quickly most coworkers are nice free soda for employees food brought in for employees
Cons
-high insurance premiums and high deductibles -biweekly payrolls surcharge for adding a working spouse to health insurance -old excel models that are hard to maintain -lots of manual time consuming tedious excel work and rework -no hr onsite - hr advises going to manager -peers and management too busy to train new employees -peers micromanaging new employees (manager too busy to manage direct reports so puts tenured employees to do it) -different IT groups to reach for help - can be frustrating on who can help with what
