You're giving inaccurate order information YOUR FAULT! You're giving the wrong item to buy YOUR FAULT! You've oversold the forecast because sales didn't provide the proper paperwork or notice YOUR FAULT! A tree falls in the forest YOUR FAULT! 7. EPS. Stop with the "are you happy" survey's. If you have to ask every couple of day you know answer. 8. All service reporting .... don't know who thought that was a good idea. 9. Vacation coverage. You have to find your own coverage and are still held accountable for thing that happened while you were out. That's called Teaming Up. 10.
