      Good pay, If you are a hard worker, you can get some good overtime. It was times that the overtime pay on the check was more than the regular pay. Good benefits

      The schedule I worked was nightshift. It was a until all the work is finished type shift. This could be a pro, or a con.

      Pros

      Fostering career growth - opportunities for mentorships, online learning, shadowing, etc just ask your manager/HR. Limited supervision - I can come and go as I please as long as I complete my work Employee stock purchase plan Pay is competitive

      Cons

      Terrible accountability. Poor teamwork and poor follow through on actions to problems. Management needs training on accountability and coaching. Constant turnover of leadership with both firing and quitting. Uninspiring work environment. The offices are dirty, unorganized, cluttered, and outdated. Stained carpets everywhere and non carpet areas are from the 80's.
