Avoid this company - Head Draftsperson/Designer US Chutes Employee Review

CEO is erratic, irrational, demeaning and a micromanager, though, if he likes you during the interview, he will be very charming. You never know what direction to follow as they are ever changing, and you never know what state of being CEO is in due to excessive drinking (beginning at lunch, or the hangover from the night before). Co-workers and customers are frustrated as all (and I do mean ALL) things go through CEO, creating a horrific log jam. Lastly, your tenure there is never stable, as literally he churns employees in order to deflect his personal responsibility. He lies too, not to be trusted, at all. CEO plays mind games with all employees, belittling them one to another, destabiIlizing even the most secure. I have worked many places in many arenas, this is by far the worst place I have ever worked. Unless you are a masochistic or truly desperate, you should choose any place other than here. The CEO's actions violate employer and business laws..... criminal - Really!

There is not one pro working for this company. The workers were all very qualified the owneer has NO management skills. Has had turnover of over 150 employees in the past ten years. Keep in mind for an office staff of around 4 to 5

Bounced paychecks, owner has a serious drinking problem. Owner instructs workers to manufacture things not to Standards. Abusive work environment. Company focuses on getting new work with out doing already contracted. A real waste of time.
