Personnel are motivated and professional. Senior leadership typically is very well trained and tries to promote morale among employees. There are many opportunities to receive training to enhance your professional skills (as budget allows).
Cons
The squadrons always describe themselves as understaffed. Although management is working on adding positions, the process is slow due to hiring freezes and other government budgetary constraints.
