Pros
I'd say the benefits of serving in the armed forces are pretty obvious. It's not an easy job, but I believe the Air Force is committed to ensuring the health and happiness for its workforce.
Cons
If you choose to join and separate honorably, you must understand you go in with a minimum commitment of time in service. You don't have a great deal of control of where you are stationed and when you'll deploy, but none of this should be surprising to anyone.
