Pros
Depending on what group you are in you will work with very sharp and talented individuals. A lot of mediocrity in the company so growth is definitely there if you can stand out as a top performer. The benefits are excellent. Extremely large company and very good brand to have on your resume. The contract logistics department is where you want to be.
Cons
Departments and groups are working in silos so its hard to keep up with everything. The base pay is well below average and the bonus structure is very frustrating. See above comment about mediocrity throughout the company. People who under-perform are simply transitioned into new roles and continue to slow down projects due to ineffectiveness. I am in my late 20's and the culture was a horrible fit for me (shave everyday, working remote is frowned upon, extremely strict dress code). Due to these cons there is a significantly high turnover on younger employees typically working 2 years and leaving for a drastic increase in compensation.
