It´s great to see people from our team go to other sub regions, or even regions to share experiences, knowledge, and bring great experiences, this is a way to develop and increase the visibility of our talent. It talks about the quality and high level of our team members.
Cons
There is not a standardized way to do this type of collaboration, and the cost/benefit is not yet seen by the countries that receive the support, they want it all for free... The leaders do not communicate on time to the person who will have the opportunity or consider talking to other areas that are involved in the travel arrangements.
