Pros
Only good things is Hike at initial phase but 10-15 % of CTC will go in variable , it shot you will get negligible hike.
Cons
1) UPL - unit - 5 ETP , I suggest not to join even if they give 100 % hike , HOD have no technical knowledge and will mentality torture you. 2) Person will go in Depression working in this department. 3) No work life balance they torture to 16 hrs , and NO C - off will given. In shot I suggest you No to join ETP department, They will make you fool at time of joining.
