      Talent is identified and groomed to grow. Opportunities to learn subject other than area of expertise as roles are designed to interact , coordinate multiple disciplines and functions Provides Opportunity for taking up different roles in different functions as one starts feeling saturated in the existing roles. No barrier to approach the seniors

      Cons

      At times work is too much that one has to sacrifice personal time.

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.
