      Exposure of learning is excellent, your knowledge wise development is very good. You will be allow to learn and work as per your interest. The work life balance is very good, UPL really take care of you & your family.

      Growth in terms of compensation and position is very slow.

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.
