Management will lie, belittle, act clueless, and delay claims being paid or denying claims when coverage should have been provided. (lawsuits in LA for acting in Bad Faith) In our company meeting, they told us our bonuses would be delayed until December now. People were counting on the raises are now in a bind. Company is looking to be sold or about to go out of business, management has unreal expectations, micromanage, belittle, and take no accountability, pass the blame on insubordinates so manager/supervisors look good. Managers act clueless when you point out there mistakes or lack of effort, will use outdated reports that are incorrect and say you are doing wrong, when in actuality you have done what they are saying days beforehand. When you point this out, they say the report is old, and disregard. No growth as the company appears to be going under, a lot of unnecessary meetings on who is leaving, how poor the company is doing, and try to persuade everyone that everything is fine, even though the writing is on the wall it isn't, they even asked people not to quit!
