      They don't pay enough for the amount of work they expect out of you. Don't expect to be supported in being involved with staff activities, or in your own professional development.

      Very nice people (faculty, staff, students). It's a pleasant place to work and they're all about the mission. You can't go wrong here. I would go back in a heartbeat.

      Small but that's ok. You can make an impact easy.
