Pros
International exposure and ability to work anywhere in the world. Improves communication skills tremendously since working successfully requires communicated to people from various parts of the world.
Cons
Very bureaucratic which should not be a surprise given that it is a UN organization. Very difficult to move from one department/job/function to another. Little to no possibility of growth unless you are in the right company. There is no future here for you if you are ambitious, career oriented and want to go places.
