      Too much favoritism and they act as if your there problem knowing they give the good tickets to there favorites which denies others equal opportunity to make more incentives

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
