      Friendly Staff, Easy to get assigned work done when left to your own devices, decent holidays

      Cons

      Long hours, bad pay, inconsistent days off, often expected to work 8-12 days in a row, micromanagement from supervision, a sense of superiority being clearly displayed by management

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
