Pros
Initially good benefits with unlimited outpatients but was reduced for the new comers in 2019 to flexi benefits, good EPF contribution, and pretty much free hand to do whatever you can do.
Cons
Full of company politics, lack of talent identification, lack of vision, lack of capabilities and contribution recognitions, and many incompetent employees above competent employees.
