Great People and work environment

None that I can think of

- people are really nice and eager to help - management often asks for feedback in order to improve - yearly raise and bonus based on performance - teambuildings and other paied events in order to meet up wot colleagues - remote working - flexible hours

- sometimes a bit unorganized - new responsibilities added on people when an employee leaves instead of hiring or naming a person to fill that role ( ex: dev being also scrum master, team leads also being PO) - having to deal with old technologies in some parts of the product
