      Staff is professional, friendly and great people to work with. Home and work balance has been good with flex hours but recently management wants more and more and giving less and less.

      Cons

      Upper management is making decisions based on profit. Changed to a for profit culture which held back raises for 3 years.

      Great coworkers, flexible time, remote work

      Cons

      Upper management seems to think AI is the greatest thing ever and pushes everyone to get on board with it. Not much room for growth upward. Lots of changes in priorities after work is nearly finished.
