      international environment, great encounters, meal vouchers, group insurance, health care, 13th month, annual bonus (if some collective goals are met, previously defined in coordination with employer and employees)

      Pros

      UITP - as a company has a great motivation and wonderful events that most staff get to attend all over the world.

      Cons

      The Brussels office is TERRIBLE! The communication barriers are beyond poor. The work environment is abysmal and the people that work there constantly complain about each other, they are over worked and depressed.. a lot of passive aggressive personalities to work with.. along with terrible language barriers which should not be the case as they should ALL have excellent working English.
