Pros
I’ve worked with incredible nurses and the health system is unique being state run, a university hospital, and union. The patient population is complex and keeps you on your toes. You are taking care of people who truly need help - very little entitlement
Cons
Leadership is not great and seems to be anti-union. We just got magnet status but it feels like a front. Need overhaul of leadership.
