      Poor management, the compensation plan constantly changes in favor of the company, HR and management are unprofessional, work environment can be toxic

      Pros

      Flexible hours, chill job most of the time especially during ending of the year.

      Cons

      Toxic management, favoritism, kind of like high school "clique culture" within all departments. Never shows appreciation even if you work hard. Busy and understaffed especially during summer time.
