Progressive Organization dedicated to excellent patient care. 4 time Magnet designation.
Cons
Management and HR actively state when negotiating salary that they can hire a new grad or "some nurse off the street" for way less money, and use that to try to lower salary for new hires and also for transferring to a new position within the organization. That does not communicate value for experienced nurses who know the organization well.
